A stunning Edwardian occasional table, given a bold folk art makeover. This table has been hand painted with VOC free Chalk Mineral Paints. I began by blending a bold blue with a black, to create a dramatic setting. I then hand painted floeals in a folk art style, being as organic as possible with colours and shapes, similarly to how flowers might be in nature! The table has then been aged with dark wax and some distressing. This table is not only functional but also acts as a piece of artwork in its own right.
