This is a lovely example of a vintage hand turned wall plaque. Turned from brown oak, it measures 19cm in diameter and has a ceramic insert with a beautiful illustration of a red squirrel. I'm not sure about the numbers at the bottom but imagine it is an artists mark. The makers label is still on the back. It could alternatively be used as a pot stand but would look great hung near your matching oak furniture.
