This piece is part of the iconic Hornsea Bronte range, introduced by John Clappison in 1972. Bronte features the high glazed two tone brown combined with symmetrical green patterning. Great vintage condition, some minor marks consistent with use and age. Micro chip on lid handle and one on rim - see photos - really very small and in otherwise great vintage condition.
