Iconic Memphis style 1980's Timebeam projection clock with modernist projected dial Analogue Clock Projection System. Collectable timepiece by Design Ltd, United Kingdom and made in England. The same model is kept on display at the National Science Museum. A real conversation piece and a great addition for any collector. Date of Manufacture: 1987 Patented system, 180 degree rotating projection. It has a range of several metres and features a chromatic movement. Focus is accomplished by moving the U metal bracket. This model is dual mains (clock/light) useful in that the light can be switched off but the clock will still run. The clock is set via a knob on the side of the clock barrel. This barrel loosens and rotates to set the angle of the clock before tightening it at the preferred angle. The lamp has two settings, low and high.
