Designed in the ‘70’s by Ingmar Relling for Westnofa of Norway the “ Flex” safari chair could be folded flat for storage or transport & has 3 different positions of recline by inserting a peg at the back of the arm. It’s frame is made of ebonised molded birch plywood & the cushions are a black patchwork aniline leather. In superb vintage condition but obviously being a 50 year old chair does have patina & wear as you’d expect. It measures 76cm wide, 85cm depth, 100cm back height & 49cm seat height.
