This is a beautiful vintage paperweight by Ilias Lalaounis - it could be Poseidon or Delphin; I'm unable to find another like it so can't be sure! The central design is in sterling silver which is set into bronze; the surfaces do show minor signs of wear and tiny indentions in the edges, as shown in the photographs.
