An adorable glass duck by Langham Glass. It is a male Mallard with the distinctive green head and speckled brown body and pale chest. They feature clear glass beaks and a cheeky face with small black eyes. It was designed by Paul Miller and bear his signature on the base. Langham Glass was established in 1979 by Paul after leaving Paul King's Lynn / Wedgwood Glass and was located in the the village of Langham in Rutland. It is still running today in the Norfolk town of Fakenham. This is a vintage item and so may show signs of its previous life. In excellent condition and has no chips or scratches. It has some some signs of wear to the base where they have been displayed, commensurate with age. Please see photos for details. The small duck is approximately 7cm in height, 4.9cm in width and 7.7cm in length. All breakables are carefully packaged in tissue paper and either recycled honeycomb paper or bubble wrap in a strong cardboard box with plenty of brown paper void fill....more
