This guy is incredible! We saw him inside a case, on the bottom shelf, towering over everything else. We knew instantly we had to take him home! It is clearly hand made with some obvious age to it, but impossible to pinpoint when. The grain of the wood is stunning, almost like the fine feathers of an actual penguin, with some handpainted detail to bring him to life. His right wing is attached, however lose, and there is some minor cracking of the wood by his right foot (pictured and reflected in price). He is truly a special piece that will make a great statement piece for a penguin or animal lover of wood art!
