This beautiful large patterned milk or custard jug, features a rich Chinoiserie design depicting an exotic pheasant with vivid plumage, amongst bold flowers and foliage. Dating from the between 1908 and 1911, by F. Winkle and Co, this scare and rather beautiful piece, we feel would sit conformably in a vintage, cottage, or farmhouse interior with its ever popular Chinoiserie aesthetic and cheerful colour palette. Perfect for dining or filled with seasonal blooms! H: 14cm (5.5") x W 18.5cm (7") at widest point including spout and handle x W 10cm (4") diameter at rim It is in excellent antique condition throughout, free of notable wear or damage to its pattern and free of chips, cracks or crazing.
