Antique Decorative Vine Leaf Plate by Copeland & Garrett - Late Spode. Measurements are as follows ~ Diameter 23cm We were instantly drawn to this wonderfully rich green of this plate, picking out the details of a large vine leaf. It would have been made in the town of Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire - and all pieces with Copeland and Garrett marks are datable to the period 1833 to 1847. With gentle use, this plate could be used for adding character when entertaining at your dining table - or make a lovely addition to a side table or best of all, upon a wall all the year round. As always, we have picked this piece as it will look equally at home in a retro or modern aesthetic. In very good Vintage Condition - there are no chips or cracks, but the glaze has worn in one area, and there is a bubble mark from when the piece was made - as shown in our imagery.
