2 beautiful vintage marble book ends. Absolutely one of kind pieces that stand the test of time. Made from sturdy brown and grey/white marble. Although they are in excellent condition (no scuffs, cracks or chips) remember they are pre-loved and haven't been made in a factory so are not 'perfect'. The back of them is a more matte, 'dusty' texture so the smooth stone doesn't stick to your glossy covered books and then rip them if you pull a book out. There is no makers mark and I can only guess they were made by someone's own hands a long time ago....more
