Vintage Japanese salt and pepper shakers. Jersey cows. Even though this cruet set says Jersey on it, it’s so Japanese! It’s cute, it’s characterful, it’s well made but delicate. The expressions on the cows’ faces is so funny and charming! Mummy cow lies down, with a red collar and bell. Two mini cows sit in shaped holes. They can twist slightly, but the holes and shape of the cows aren’t perfect circles - so the cows will always fave the right way! In good vintage condition with no cracks or chips. The shakers have original stoppers. The big cow has no stopper, but I’m not sure it was ever meant to.
