MCM Lewis & Clayton Stainless Steel Art Work

A Lewis & Clayton wall hanging depicting a pretty black rose engraving on steel. This pretty framed art work is a beautiful MCM piece of art that is timeless. The stainless steel art work is mounted on a green hessian background in a teak wooden frame so will look beautiful with mid century home decor alongside the G-Plan or Schreiber furniture. This framed picture would suit any style home due to it's minimalist and 'non fussy' style with very clean lines that is a very 'neat' design. Lewis & Clayton produced many beautiful pieces of stainless steel and titanium art work during the 1970s. Their pieces included the rose that you see here, shire horses, harvest mice and elephants. Their range was broad and this beautiful style of art does not seem to be as popular now as it once was. Thankfully we have these beautiful 1970s pieces of art work still around and still very desirable. This beautiful retro artwork stands at 52cm high and 20cm width so is a very nice size for displaying in the home and is a good size for others to spot. The picture is in very nice condition.
