A rare collectible from the Mid Century, we have a Norwegian pewter BM 650 Tri candleholder in good vintage condition and with a lovely patina. Made by Borden Mylius in the 1960s. Shown on the mark with a bird symbol. Norway is known for its pewter. A rather pliable metal that is softer in appearance than the shiny harshness of chrome or steel, showing a more mat lead grey finish. There are a couple of slight dents because of the softness (see photos) but this in no way takes away from it’s beauty. Very striking on display.
