Rustic, hand painted folk art cabinet This Mediterranean Inspired cabinet has been hand painted by layering clay paints. I began with a Teracotta colour, which is a staple of Mediterranean architecture, with a neutral white over the top and hand painted foliage All of the then been peeled back & distressed to make this piece look aged & weathered. These shelves have been hand painted by layering clay paint & hen peeling the colours back, for a beautiful rustic effect. The florals have all been finger-painted & then distressed with water to give a faded, weathered effect. If you're looking for extra storage space that you can display your home decor on, plus a piece of furniture that is functional art, then this would absolutely suit your home. The shelves are deep and offer plenty of storage, bus an extra drawer sns doors for additional storage. The interior has been kept as its original vintage.
