1970s Merrow Associates Rosewood & Chrome Drinks Trolley By Richard Young An absolutely beautiful Rosewood and chrome Merrow Associates drinks trolley. A stunning design, designed as a drinks table but could also be used as en end or console table, Merrow Associates produced high quality small batches of furniture from their factory in Surrey. They were retailed through higher end outlets, such as Harrods and Heal's. The rosewood shows wonderful highly figured bookmatch veneers and has had a good polish. In good vintage condition, the rosewood is perfect with amazing grain and the chrome is very good with no scratches or damage. The glass does has signs of previous use as to be expected but nothing serious and it doesn't detract from the use of the trolley. Measurements: H63.5cm x W73.5cm x D46cm N.B: this piece of furniture only requires a CITES Article 10 license if exported outside the UK. We do not sell any of our furniture outside of the UK due to Brexit....more
