A brilliant vintage Abbess desk, a classic piece made by the famous British furniture maker. Many may have memories of these desks as they were particularly favoured by teachers so were present in many a school. This particular desk style - labelled product 572 - features a two tone oak design. The three drawers (with original makers stamp in top drawer) provide handy storage and it also had the added benefit of a pull out brushing slide style stationary drawer with original Abbess stamped plastic insert. It would make an ideal desk for a child as well as an adult. Please note this is a vintage item which has been used and loved so shows some signs of wear.
