A rare British 1960s mid century beech hardwood armchair from Cornwell Norton, part of the world renowned furniture makers Parker Knoll group. Refinished and reupholstered throughout to a professional high standard this occasional chair has been lightly sanded and treated with Danish oil to bring out the natural beauty of the wood grain. The armchair has been finished with wax for added protection and to further show off the beautifully aged patina. The lounge chair is upholstered in a lush mottled burnt orange/tangerine wool fabric from world renowned Scottish specialist mill Bute Fabrics which perfectly compliments the warm hue of the beech frame. Brand new fire retardant foam has been used for the seat and back. Approx dimensions are: Height 80cm Width 71cm Depth 75cm Free delivery for mainland UK only.
