Mid Century Carlton Ware Floral Plate 🌸🌿

A beautiful and rare Carlton Ware plate c. 1950s, the perfect addition to any growing collection. Oval in shape, this particular design includes an embossed basket weave effect in a faded tea green glaze. The dish is further decorated with a pair of gorgeous hand-painted clematis flowers which really bring the piece to life. The peachy pink and cornflower blue of each flower bring a well needed pop of colour to the dish. The circular hole at its tail end offers a unique design feature, perhaps allowing it be hung on the wall should you choose to have this glorious piece on permanent display!
