Mid century British teak and glass Astro coffee table designed by Victor Wilkins for G Plan in the 1960s / 70s. This restored piece is the oval shape which is harder to find. This piece has a solid teak base (inspired by Isamu Noguchi ) complete with its original glass top. The design itself combined the sleek and sculptural aesthetic of Italian furniture with the definitive Scandinavian style that was so popular at the time.
