These two hand blown glass Owls made in the 60s can be used as vases, or as hurricane lamps/ tea light holders These two glass owls were very popular in decor in the 60s and 70s. They are both hand blown, with the larger one showing intentional bubbles adding to its beauty and texture and the smaller one showing little added ‘hobnails’ all over. Both have added glass eyes and wings. They have ground down pontils and these ones are made here in the UK. Most vases/tea light holders of this nature are made in amber glass, but this grey tint is unusual and quite collectible. They would also make a perfect little addition to Halloween decor. They are in great condition with no cracks, chips or scuffs. The larger smooth bubbled one is 16cm high and 15cm at it’s widest, with opening at 10cm diameter.
