This is an elegant Ruskin style Pottery running souffle glazed lamp base. An impressive studio pottery lamp. Most probably dating from the 70s/80s It is very well potted and glazed. A beautiful handmade lamp base in nude/sand and pastel shades with a light mottled glaze finish. This is a rare glaze and shape combination. A classic silhouette, which is very versatile and can complement many different decor styles. Classic, Mid-Century, Italianate, etc. The lamp base is a ceramic column inserted in an oak round base.
