Small tiled things were such an icon of the 60s and 70s. This one with its mixed brown and mottled cream pebbles with leaf designed tiles in green, orange and tan were a common sight in homes of the times. To me they bring on a bout of nostalgia. This particular one is the smallest of the three I have for sale and sits a bit deeper than the others. It stands at 2.5cm at its edge and is 13.5cm across. It is in good vintage condition, but shows a bit of rubbing of the gold and the rim of the base, which by no means is noticeable.
