Mid 20th Century Teak Double Chest Of Drawers Rare piece, probably custom made designed in the style of Børge Mogensen for Søborg Møbelfabrik Circa 1950s Most probably made in Denmark This piece features six drawers. The main body is constructed of teak veneer, typical of many Danish pieces of this period. The geometric carved drawer pulls are made from solid teak. The drawers are constructed with dovetail joints. Sitting on tapered legs. Teak: medium/dark tone This piece works equally good as a dresser, sideboard for your living or chest for your bedroom due to its size. It provide lots of storage space. Understated elegance and clean lines Condition: Very good condition professionally and carefully restored by removing old coatings, staining and finishing with varnish. The top is not 100% straight. hardly visible but appreciable when touching (small bump in the middle) Still as any vintage piece small wear will be still visible.
