Mid century E Gomme, G plan dining furniture. Dated 1959 the elegant combination of black, gold and dark wood encapsulates the signature style typical of 1950's MCM design. It is made of tola on the top and black in the legs. It has four gatelegs that pull out under the two hinged table leaves. The brass feet can be self leveled by twisting them. Supported by 8 slender black legs capped with gold adjustable feet bringing the design a sense of weightless strength - it is a table that seems to tiptoe; like a spider waiting to pounce!Dimensions: Width 131cm x Depth 45cm (77cm 1 leaf open, 106 both leaves open) x Height 72cm Condition report: In very good restored condition. Te top has been completelly restored.
