A fantastic mid century Picquot ware teapot, I believe made in the 1950s. Made of a magnesium-aluminium alloy, named ‘Magnalium,’ these were made in Northampton from 1947-1980. Notice the adorable copper details on the sycamore wood handle. The piece is in good condition with some minor scuffs / scratches (they’re tricky to photograph)!
