Capturing the interior design ‘look’ of a decade with its modernist outline, and organic materials, the sculpture has its own calm and presence. A perfect balance, of texture and shape only increased by the patina of the wood. A nice piece of serenity in an over complicated world. Lovely vintage condition with a thin crack in the wood visible from one side which looks like it has been there since it was made. It adds rather than subtracts from the piece.
