Cute and kitsch creamer jug from the 1950s featuring the motto "Tak a little Cream" and a hand painted red flower. This jug is an example of mottoware from Torquay, Devon and features the Devonshire dialect for "Take a little cream". An excellent addition to anyone's afternoon tea or a fun present. This is a vintage item and so may show signs of its previous life. There are no chips or cracks, but some crazing as expected from the age. Please see photos for details. It is approximately 5.7cm in height and 5.7cm in diameter (7.5cm with handle). I aim to use 100% sustainable packaging. Your item will arrive in tissue paper, honeycomb paper and brown paper void filler inside a strong double-walled cardboard box to ensure it arrives safely....more
