Word origin. from the Latin canticle beginning Tē Deum laudāmus, literally: Thee, God, we praise. Signed bottom right. Society of Scottish Artists label verso with details and former owner’s label from Christ’s Hospital, Horsham. Approx dimensions including frame: H:118cm W:124cm D:3cm. Condition: Scuffs and marks to the painted wooden frame.
