Nice vintage Staunton pattern chess set and board

Very nice vintage 1960s or 1970s Staunton pattern lacquered boxwood chess set and a Shudehill chess board. It's in good condition for its age though one of the white rooks had to be rescued from an enthusiastic Great Dane puppy back in the early 80s! Also one of the black rooks is missing but this can be easily replaced. The Kings measure 2¾ inches in height, the Queens 2¼ inches in height.
