Petite and decorative lacquerware jewellery box with 3 drawers and a flip up mirror made by Otagiri, Japan in the late 1970s/ early 1980s. Traditional lacquer over a plastic body, with embossed tree design to the lid, metal drawer handles and metalic paint defining the edges. Original care label to the back of the box, and marked 'Golden Mist, Otagiri, Japan' to the base.
