A wonderful pair of vintage matching bookends, with a hand carved polar bear on each. The sweet cream coloured bears are fixed on dark wood bases which have an attractive grain pattern, each bear is slightly different with lots of detail, and are possibly Bakelite. A wonderful gift for a book lover, and perfect for the little Observers… The bookends are 12 x 9 cm, and the bears are 4.5 x 3.5 cm. All in good condition. As all items are preloved, there maybe signs of wear and use. Items are examined and all issues are identified as far as possible, but please see photos as they are a guide to condition along with the description. Feel free to message with any questions.
