Pair of 19th Century French Provincial Carved Cherry Benches on Trestle Bases. Dressed a farm table with this elegant pair of antique provincial benches. Crafted in the southwest region of France, circa 1870, and carved of cherry wood, each farmhouse bench stands on a pair of angled trestle legs with visible mortis and through tenon joinery. The seat is built with one single rectangular board plank and embellished with rounded corners at the end.
