Dorothy Clough is a well-known midcentury ceramicist and much loved for her work in Swedish ceramic design in the 20th century. She was one of the leading designers for the Upsala-Ekeby and Gefle factories in the 1950s and 1960s and her work can be seen in museums across Sweden. This wonderful figurine in great condition is called “Paul” and was designed by Clough in 1968 for Swedish firm Upsala Ekeby.
