Iconic foldable chair. Designed by Giancarlo Piretti. Hard plastic and a chromed steel frame. 4 are in very good condition while 2 have some cracks. The lucite is a lovely mid century smoked colour. The Plia folding chair is a striking example of Italian minimalism of the middle of 20 century and was designed by the designer Giancarlo Piretti for Anonima Castelli 1960s. Dimensions:   length 46.5 cm - Depth 47.5 cm - Height 75 cm - Seat height 45 cm  When folded: 4.5cm depth x 88.5cm high Condition: The Chrome has been polished and is in very good condition (very light traces of use) 4 chairs have the Seat and backrest in Plexiglas, with normal signs of wear. Minor scratches and a few scuffs on the lucite commensurate with age. The other 2: 1 has a small crack near the frame on 2 places on the seat while the last one has a bigger crack on its seat and a hole on the chrome frame on the front of the seat.
