This hand painted terracotta plate came out of the Olaria Corrillo Lopes studio in Portugal. The design is hand drawn into the clay and painted in a beautifully bright sunflower design of yellow, green and brown on a Morrocan blue background with white floral accents. It is finished with a border of the traditional Portuguese crosshatch design and a red rich clay rim. It is hand inscribed on the reverse and has a dish washer safe sign.
