ANTIQUE PEARLWARE CHINOISERIE PATTERN JUG / PITCHER C1820 OPAQUE CHINA MARK A pretty transfer printed and hand coloured filled in Chinoiserie design, featuring oriental figures and house, birds and flowers. The jug, most probably for milk, has a capacity of just over 1 pint and stands 4 1/4 inches high and has a very unusual printed mark "Opaque China" on the base. This is in fair condition given its age, there is a chip to the base and a repair to the handle, there are some water marks and crazing (please check photos) but nevertheless a lovely little piece of period porcelain.
