A very nice, rare Repousse Ashtray Musicians HJ Denmark. A very collectable silverplate ashtray with very nice detailing of musicians playing instruments and to a crowd sitting at a table with dogs. The colouring of the ashtray has signs of tarnish and patina but this really adds to the beautiful, vintage character of this very unusual, and very detailed ashtray. This silverplated Dutch ashtray is not perfectly round, it has some uneven edges but this does appear to be how it is, rather than damage. Again, this adds to the very old look of this beautiful antique. The ashtray has an engraving of HJ Denmark and a little fish logo. Measuring 19cm which makes it a very nice size and could be repurposed as a decorative bowl due to the very decorative and ornate detailing....more
