Rare French antique candle holder

Stunning large antique candle holder from France. This reminds me so much of the Lalique pieces as they often combine frosted and clear glass in their creations as well as animals. The shaft is decorated with three lion heads in frosted glass, the rest of the candle holder is clear. The large conical shaped base is richly decorated with raised floral motifs and has a scalloped rim. I have not been able to attribute it to a maker/company but it is in keeping with the styles of glass manufacturers from the beginning of the 20th century such as Vallerysthal-Portieux (France) Unmarked but possibly made in the Bayel glassworks.
