We adore this rarely found Magic Garden pattern, by Susan Williams Ellis for Portmeirion. This coffee set was designed shortly before the 1969 Moon Landing and with its unusual pattern of futuristic ferns, seeds pods and birds, it clear to see it was inspired by the exciting era of space travel. A 6 piece coffee set (4 cups, 1 jug, 1 sugar basin) Cups H: 8.5cm (3.25") x W: 10cm (4") including handle Jug: H: 10cm (4") x W: 12.5cm (5") including handle and spout Sugar Bowl: H: 6cm (2.5") x W: 8.5cm (3.25") diameter at rim All 6. pieces are in immaculate vintage condition throughout, with clean, seemingly unused interiors, simply displaying some insignificant age related surface crazing to their glaze.
