A very rare, beautifully designed & crafted console table designed by V.B Wilkins and manufactured by G-Plan of Great Britain, designed as part of the popular 'Fresco' range. This console table is shown in a 1968 G Plan catalogue when the range was in it’s early days but no longer available in a later 1974 catalogue suggesting it was only produced for a short period which explains why it very rarely comes to market! – Excellent condition Featuring contrasting solid teak handles, edge detail and swooping base The teak has a lovely vintage golden patina that only age can achieve. In excellent condition, one owner from new who kept it in excellent condition throughout its life.
