This is a fabulous and very rare storage jar by Portmerion. This terracota jar is marked on both side with lithograph advertising. One side advertises temperance wine and one Porter. Strangely 2 different manufacturers are represented. 12cm wide by 10cm high The jar may have had a lid at one time. It is in excellent condition. Its rarity makes it difficult to date but it is likely early 1900s....more
