Rare Riverside, Meakin, Studio, coffee pot set

A glorious ceramic coffee pot, sugar bowl and creamer or milk jug, in Riverside, by J&G Meakin, Studio, which features colourful grasses and plants on white. A gorgeous gift for collectors of mid century coffee pots! And, lovely with other Riverside pieces… Riverside was produced in 1964, and for one year only, making these pieces 60 years old, and increasingly hard-to-find. Riverside was created in the spirit of Homespun by Jessie Tait, which was part of the Fashion Shape at Midwinter Stylecraft. Coffee pot is 24cm high, has matching patterned lid, and all are in very good condition. As all items are preloved, there maybe signs of wear and use. Items are examined and all issues are identified as far as possible, but please see photos as they are a guide to condition along with the description. Feel free to message with any questions.
