This perfect little lidded pot is a rare find in this hexagonal form. It is a Susie Cooper 'corn poppy' dedign featuring a vibrant orange red poppy with grey foliage curling around the edge of the lid on a white ground. It was made between 1972 and 1987 and the design is a reflection of the Art Nouveau revival of the 1960s. The Wedgewood makers mark is very clear and distinct on the base. The pot measures 9cm across and 4cm high and is in perfect condition. It is a useful little pot for holding small items and would make a wonderful gift.
