This quality piece of furniture is solid wood throughout including the base of each drawer and the back. The wicker is also made of wood and not plastic . It is fully refurbished: sanded, primed twice, and painted in a soft taupe mineral paint that has zero VOCs. All the drawers work well and have been lined with a durable self adhesive wallpaper.
