This excellent condition vintage (circa 1970's) 8 drawer chest on chest featuring figured grain Mahogany drawer fronts and antiqued solid brass ring handles. This chest of drawers is designed to mimic the original Georgian large chest on chests but with a smaller easier to place form. Bevan Funnel are a well regarded manufacturer of reproduction antiques to this day and the quality of this item shows through. The drawers are dovetailed, the construction is solid and stands on lovely shaped bracketed feet. This small narrow chest of drawers is ideal for hallways to be used as a phone table, hall table and would complement any period dining room or bedroom. Please note this item is in very good condition for its age but will have the odd blemish here and there as expected with any used furniture, as well as a small piece of detailing missing on one of the top drawers.
