Russell Hobbs Sugar Bowl & Basin (with Teapot lid)

A vintage sugar bowl and slop basin (with teapot lid) from the 1965 Russell Hobbs Electric Tea Maker set. This design is delicate clover design named “Thrift”. An assortment of china could be purchased to co-ordinate with the tea makers. The boxed “morning teaset” comprised a pair of cups and saucers, a sugar basin, a cream jug, and a ‘slop basin’, on which you could place either the water container or the teapot lid, whichever was not in use. Some very minor marks/dings and showing signs of use and wear (commensurate with age) but otherwise in excellent condition. ***Please see pics for details.*** Bought by my mum 40+ years ago when she was going through her collectibles/antiquing phase but now all these items are boxed up and gathering dust.
