This is the largest vintage drawer I've done to date - now reimagined as a wall mounted display box. The interior has been painted a deep ink navy and decorated with a hand painted barn owl, Otto, sitting amongst jasmine and beneath a sprinkling of gold leaf stars. The exterior has been gilded, aged and decorated with the jasmine, here in translucent white. To allow it to be wall mounted, brass fixings will be attached to the back.
