Quirky vintage pair of wooden shoe trees with hinged arches. Dating from the 1970s they were made in the US by FootJoy, a company based in Brockton Massachusetts, which is known and respected for its quality golfing shoes. Each shoe tree has a golden oval metal plate fixed to it embellished with the classic black FootJoy logo and both forms are stamped with M W (medium width) under the arches. These are attractive collectible decorative items with a beautiful aged patina full of character and charm and would make great commercial retail setting props or display accents in a home or why not upcycle them into bookends or funky coat hooks!
