A vintage hand painted Henriot Quimper, France ceramic shell dish. Quimper pottery is known for its white background and colourful designs that often feature traditional Breton figures of a man or woman in traditional costume known as the "petit breton". The dish has a dark blue fluted edge resembling a clam shell. The top edge is green on the left and yellow on the right. It measures about 10cm in diameter and has the makers mark on the underside. It was made late century and is in very good condition. Please browse my shop and if you are interested in more than one item message me so I can adjust the postage cost.
